Lili Maletin
Controller
Lili joined the Hardt Electric team in 2013. She has worked most of her professional career in the construction field in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Hardt Electric, Lili worked as a manager in a family run plumbing & heating company and as a Senior Branch Administrator for a large concrete and masonry company. Lili has always had a passion for architecture and all the aspects that go into designing and building structures.
Lili studied Business Management at University of Illinois Chicago.
In her free time, Lili enjoys outdoor activities, baseball games ( Go Cubs), traveling and spending time with family and friends.
